ROLE                     :              GENERAL ASSOCIATE ACCOUNTING

GOAL
Implement, maintain, audit and keep in top standards the financial systems, deliverables, records management and overall financial health of Company, to secure confident level of financial intelligence at all times.

RESULTS EXPECTED

State of art record management systems operation from E-Filing responsive to paper filing in hard copy that is indexed to quick search. 

1. Operating system used to exact specification of financial process and actions as it is designed for, coded by management to operate and report with razor sharp accuracy on a daily note. 
2. Accuracy of ledgers in designated and approved sections from opening to payable and receivables for all associated parties to Company. 
3. Use of Chart of Accounts designed by management in its agreed correct use in order to derive right results required by management. 
4. Maintenance of Accounting Standards across board for multiple companies. 
5. Financial intelligence and resource creation of approved “best methods” for each action.

Qualification

1. A-Grade Educational Institute from a First Class Metro City.

AGREEMENT TYPE 

The contract that can be turned into a limitless company employment at the end of 18 months with an increment between 5 to 10 percent based on evaluations at end of the year.
